Kevin Proctor is a touring multi instrumentalist, award winning songwriter, recording engineer,  mix engineer, producer, owner/operator of Proctor Sound Productions, a multi-faceted audio production company specializing in audio production services, mobile recording, project consultation, and live sound.  Kevin is originally from Las Vegas, Nevada.  

     

     Kevin performs as the guitarist/keyboardist and co songwriter of cinematic rock project Direct Divide as well as the touring drummer of electric string pop duo Razzvio, and valkyrie rock duo Artemis Apollo.  He has worked independently with his mobile rig as well as in full service large console recording studios with over 10 full length albums spanning multiple genres.  Kevin spends 6+ months of the year touring nationally with various projects.  He is a graduate of Ex'pression College for Digital Arts in Emeryville, CA with a Bachelor's of Applied Science degree in Sound Arts, and has recently worked as an assistant engineer at the Palms Casino Resort at the Studio at the Palms in Las Vegas working alongside many great engineers and high profile clients.  Kevin has formal training in piano and musical theory from UNLV.

 

     Kevin has experience playing of multiple genres of music including rock, funk, blues, electronic, hip hop, and folk and is equally as comfortable in the studio as he is on a live stage.

 

    Kevin lives in Carmel Valley, CA working at his residential recording studio Tassajara Studio when not on tour.
